HOW TO USE IT:

It’s simple. When you go to purchase a product here at AbbottStore.com, you’ll notice that you have two different kinds of carts — a Schedule & Save cart, and a regular cart (see example below). If you’d like to place repeat deliveries of that product, add it to your Schedule & Save cart. Save time and the hassle — with Schedule & Save.

What happens if I already have an order through the NutriSave™ Program?

If you are currently receiving orders through NutriSave™, there is nothing for you to do - your order(s) will be automatically switched to the new Schedule & Save program!

Do I have to enter a coupon code to set up a Schedule & Save order?

No, you do not.

Is there a limit to how many Schedule & Save purchases I can make?

Employee and retiree purchases can be repeated four times, ten times, fifty times or more as long as they do not exceed $500 within a given 30-day window. The $500 limit does not include tax or shipping. Please Note: The products purchased at the employee/retiree discount are for use by eligible Employees/Retirees and your immediate family only.

  • For use by Employee/Retiree, or children, Grandparents, Brothers, Sisters, Parents, Grandchildren or the Stepchildren of the Employee/Retiree, and Interns.
  • Products purchased by Employee/Retiree are not to be resold or traded for cash.
  • Employee/Retiree purchases are limited to $500 in a 30 day period.

Please understand that as an Abbott employee, you are not eligible for any promotions or further discounts you see on the Abbott Store site given the significant price discounts all US based Abbott employees already receive through this program.

Is the price of the products on my Schedule & Save orders guaranteed for as long as I continue your shipments?

Prices on our products are subject to change. If the price of a product in your Schedule & Save order goes up (or down), the price you are charged for that product will be raised (or lowered) accordingly. It is calculated based on the current price of that product at the time your order ships.

Can my Schedule & Save orders be shipped to different addresses?

Yes, they can. For example, if you want to send Ensure to your parents, Myoplex to your brother, and Similac to yourself, you would simply use separate Schedule & Save shopping carts to process these orders. So first, you would place the Ensure product in a Schedule & Save cart, fill in your parents’ address during order processing, and complete your purchase. Then you would find the Myoplex product you want, start a new Schedule & Save cart, and process that order to your brother at a different address. And on and on from there.

Can I have different products sent to me at different time intervals?

Yes, you can. By using separate Schedule & Save shopping carts, you can process each product order to your exact specifications. Along with being able to ship different products to different addresses (as described above), you can have different products shipped at different intervals. So if you want your Similac shipped every two weeks but your ZonePerfect bars shipped only once a month, you would simply process those orders with two different Schedule & Save carts.

Can I change the delivery address of my recurring order?

Yes, and it’s easy to do. Simply go into the Schedule & Save section of My Account and change the address.

Can I cancel a recurring order online?

Yes, you can. If you place a recurring order and later decide you’d like to cancel it and stop further shipments, simply go online to the Schedule & Save section of My Account. You will be able to cancel your recurring order here.

Does using Schedule & Save exclude me from getting free shipping for orders of $100 or more?

No, it does not. If your recurring order exceeds $50, you’ll receive free shipping.
