Will I really save 10%* on every order I place?

On every recurring order, yes. Any product you place in your Schedule & Save cart will be given an automatic 10% discount at checkout.*

Do I have to enter a coupon code to get the discount?

No, you do not. 10%* of the order total will be deducted automatically.

Is there a limit to how many Schedule & Save purchases I can get the discount on?

No, there is not. Whether you ask to repeat your purchase four times, ten times, fifty times or more, you’ll lock in 10%* savings on each order.

Is the price of the products on my Schedule & Save orders guaranteed for as long as I continue your shipments?

Prices on our products are subject to change. If the price of a product in your Schedule & Save order goes up (or down), the price you are charged for that product will be raised (or lowered) accordingly. It is calculated based on the current price of that product at the time your order ships. You will still continue to receive 10%* off.

Can my Schedule & Save orders be shipped to different addresses?

Yes, they can. For example, if you want to send Ensure to your parents, ZonePerfect to your brother, and Similac to yourself, you would simply use separate Schedule & Save shopping carts to process these orders. So first, you would place the Ensure product in a Schedule & Save cart, fill in your parents’ address during order processing, and complete your purchase. Then you would find the ZonePerfect product you want, start a new Schedule & Save cart, and process that order to your brother at a different address. And on and on from there.

Can I have different products sent to me at different time intervals?

Yes, you can. By using separate Schedule & Save shopping carts, you can process each product order to your exact specifications. Along with being able to ship different products to different addresses (as described above), you can have different products shipped at different intervals. So, if you want your Similac shipped every two weeks but your ZonePerfect bars shipped only once a month, you would simply process those orders with two different Schedule & Save carts...and save 10%* with each one!

Can I change the delivery address of my recurring order?

Yes, and it’s easy to do. Simply go into the My Account and My Schedule Orders.

Can I cancel a recurring order online?

Yes, you can. If you place a recurring order and later decide you’d like to cancel it and stop further shipments, simply go online to the My Account, My Scheduled Orders, and View Subscription. You will be able to cancel your recurring order here.

As an employee/retiree, is there a limit to how many Schedule & Save purchases I can make?

Abbott and AbbVie employees and retirees are limited to $500 in product purchases within a 30- day period.

  • The $500 limit does not include tax or shipping
  • The products purchased at the employee/retiree discount must be purchased by the employee/retiree
  • The products are for use by the employee/retiree, their children, parents, grandparents, siblings, grandchildren or the stepchildren of the employee/retirees, and interns
  • Products purchased by employee/retiree are not to be resold or traded for cash
  • Purchases are not eligible for any promotions or further discounts given the reduced product prices already provided through this program
  • These terms, conditions, and discounts may be modified or discontinued at any time
  • Violations of these terms and conditions will be reported to the Office of Ethics and Compliance
